Terms and Conditions

§1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop zakirahome.com between Zakira Home e.U. and the customer.

§2 Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking "Place binding order", you submit a binding order. Acceptance is made by sending the order confirmation by email.

§3 Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros including statutory VAT (20%). Payment is processed via secure payment providers (credit card, PayPal, Klarna, EPS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).

§4 Delivery

Delivery is made exclusively within Austria. Delivery costs are displayed during the order process before the binding order. For orders placed by 12:00 noon, same-day delivery is available.

§5 Right of Withdrawal

For perishable goods (fresh flowers), there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 Z 3 FAGG. For non-perishable goods (vases, candles, decorative items), a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from receipt of the goods.

§6 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights under ABGB apply. For fresh flowers, please follow the enclosed care instructions.
