Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

Exception for Perishable Goods

Pursuant to § 18 Z 3 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded. This applies to all fresh floral arrangements, bouquets and wreaths with fresh flowers.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Zakira Home e.U., Wollzeile 12, 1010 Vienna, info@zakirahome.com, +43 1 234 56 78) of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days. We will use the same means of payment for the refund.
