We collect the following personal data: name, email address, delivery address, phone number and payment data (processed by Stripe and where applicable PayPal/Klarna). This data is used exclusively for contract fulfilment and delivery.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent for newsletter).

4. Retention Period

Personal data is stored for the duration of the business relationship and beyond in accordance with statutory retention periods (7 years under BAO).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Complaints can be directed to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
